Write Choices

Overview

Write Choices features 64 full-color pages of free-writing prompts designed to encourage children to write creatively and for fun. The tasks are designed for both English language learners and native English-speaking children. The writing activities can be used in any order, so it is a flexible plug-and-play resource for the shelf of any English language teacher.

Author Biography

Janet Morey, co-author (with Helen Rovak) of Write Choices: Imaginative Writing Activities for Children, began teaching ESOL in a large St. Louis public school over 35 years ago. Janet earned her MAT from Webster University and taught at St. Louis Community College.
